It’s pumpkin season #YAY … and you can’t turn your head without seeing so many beautiful orange pumpkins everywhere. I personally love it. My love for them has grown over the years and so I always get super excited around this time of year to be able to make recipes with these orange beauties.

I try not to go over board, but at the same time this IS THE TIME to go over board! Hehe 🙂 Here I created a simple and yummy smoothie recipe that was creamy smooth and super delicious!

- 1/2 cup organic pumpkin puree
- 1/2 cup unsweetened coconut milk
- 1/4 cup coconut cream
- 2 frozen bananas
- 1 tsp ground cinnamon
- 1 tsp ground nutmeg
- Blend all ingredients until smooth.
- Optional: serve sprinkled with coconut flakes
