Banana Peach Smoothie


Who doesn’t love peaches! haha Well I love food period. So yea….okay let me stop rambling because we all know #IEatTooMuch πŸ™‚ Anyways, I try to have only a smoothie for breakfast now in the morning (most of the time). Yes I eat other things some days but in general – especially more recently – I started trying to stick to a more vegan-ish diet in the morning!


So that being said I make a lot of smoothie meals when I wake up. For some reason it helps wake me up (maybe because its freezing cold LOL) and makes me feel clean and healthy ~ a great way to start off the day right before I have my #Cafesito, but that’s a whole nother post for another day! πŸ™‚


This Peach Smoothie isΒ super easy to make – with only 3 ingredients – and so delicious that it literally made my taste buds have an orgasm!


Now, unfortunately sometimes when I make my meals/recipes I don’t actually write down or remember the exact amountsΒ of ingredients I use 😦 So in this case please note that I’m going off of memory for these portions and you will need to sort of eye-ball your amounts.



Β Banana Peach Smoothie



Serves 1-2 peopleΒ 

Gluten-Free / Dairy-Free / Paleo / VeganΒ

  • 2 large frozen bananas
  • 2 large peaches sliced – remove pits
  • 1Β cupΒ unsweetened coconut milk (you may need a little more if the consistency is still too thick)



  1. Add all ingredients to a blender.Β 
  2. Blend until smooth.Β 
  3. Optional: Garnish with some dried goji berries.
  4. ENJOY! πŸ™‚Β
