I have this addiction to pancakes and waffles – yes I do! And ever since getting my super fancy waffle machine I have been experimenting a lot, hehe. I love making gluten-free pancakes and waffles however I really wanted to come up with a quick and easy syrup that I can make that really resembles the real thing (in taste) and doesn’t take me forever to make. So…I came up with my “3-Ingredient Paleo Waffle Syrup”!! J
It’s super delicious and I swear it only took me about 2 minutes to prepare!
3-Ingredient Paleo Waffle Syrup
Serves 2 people
Gluten-Free / Dairy-Free / Vegan / Paleo-Friendly

- 2 large bananas (or 3 small)
- ¼ cup almond milk (add more for a thinner consistency)
- 1 tbsp. cinnamon
- Mash the bananas with a fork until there are no chunks left.
- Add the milk
- Add the cinnamon
- Mix together until everything is well blended.
