I absolutely LOVE mango!! And just wanted to share my now all time favorite sweet treat/dessert. After a fabulous dinner when I get that sweet craving…I reach for my frozen mango. It’s so delicious and jam packed with nutrients! Much healthier than a piece of cake or ice cream.
Mangoes contain many vitamins and minerals like Magnesium, Potassium Vitamin B-6, Iron and Calcium but it has its highest concentrations in Vitamin C and Vitamin A!
