Apples and Peanut Butter

Some people prefer almond or other alternative butters. I stick to fresh unprocessed peanut butter. Im not too fond of the taste of the others when eaten this way…but if you like them then feel free to use them. ☺️

This mid-day snack is super satisfying. Plus it packs a nutritious punch in every bite!

All you need is one organic Fuji apple and 2 tbsp of unprocessed peanut butter (I get mine at Whole Foods) .
