Brown Rice and Quinoa Fusilli Pasta

Serves 2-3 people


  • 1/2 lb organic grass fed ground beef or turkey meat
  • 2 cups Organic Baby Bella mushrooms
  • 1 jar Victoria Vegan Mushroom Marinara Sauce
  • 1/2 bag Trader Joe’s Organic Brown Rice & Quinoa Fusilli Pasta
  • Spices: salt, pepper, paprika, garlic powder, dried parsley




  1. Cook the ground meat with the spices until slightly browned, then add the mushrooms and finish cooking until the meat is completely browned and the mushrooms are soft. Then set aside.
  2. Boil the pasta until al dente (not too hard; not too soft), then strain and place into a heated saute pan.
  3. Add the marinara sauce and meat/mushroom to the pan. Let everything heat up just a bit while mixing.
  4. Then serve and enjoy!
