This smoothie contains the following:
- 1 cup Fresh Organic Strawberries
- 1/2 cup Frozen Organic Blueberries
- Approx 1/2 cup Milled Flaxseed
- 1 cup Unsweetened Almond Milk
- 1 Fresh Banana
- Approx 1 cup Fresh Organic Spinach
- You can add a couple ice cubes for a thicker consistency
