A simple yet super hardy breakfast that will fill you up for hours.
• 3 slices Julian Bakery Paleo Bread (broiled in the oven for just a few minutes; then smeared with a little Earth Balance butter)
• 2 organic brown eggs (omelet style)
• 3 slices Gluten-free Turkey Bacon
Usually I add some Daiya cheese and spinach in my omelet but today it’s just the basics. ☺️
NOTE: I always try to emphasize how unhealthy processed foods are and how they should not be part of a regular diet, …BUT I do personally believe in being able to give yourself a cheat day – as long as you don’t abuse it and it’s something that isn’t going to affect your food allergies.
